產(chǎn)品介紹：SH系列內(nèi)帶集水倉(cāng)的倒置桶過(guò)熱蒸汽疏水閥專(zhuān)門(mén)用來(lái)克服過(guò)熱，高壓，小負(fù)荷等多種不力因素。集水倉(cāng)存集足夠的凝結(jié)水，保證在整個(gè)排放周期能夠保持水封。密封的小杯在集水倉(cāng)中起密封調(diào)節(jié)作用。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、耐磨損，耐腐蝕，耐水擊。
2、*的杠桿機(jī)構(gòu)將桶提供的力充分放大，可在系統(tǒng)壓力下開(kāi)啟閥門(mén)。
3、排放孔通過(guò)水封保護(hù)可防止新鮮蒸汽泄漏。桶上的小孔可提供自動(dòng)排空氣。
4、倒置桶疏水閥不需要專(zhuān)門(mén)調(diào)節(jié)，凝結(jié)水不會(huì)存積造成水擊。
安裝建議：通常在過(guò)熱高壓小負(fù)荷工況下，在集水管和疏水閥內(nèi)只是極少的凝結(jié)水產(chǎn)生。因此，選擇適當(dāng)?shù)墓艿兰凹艹叽缡钦_使用過(guò)熱蒸汽疏水閥的關(guān)鍵。
Introduction：SH inverted bucket steam trap is especially designed to solve the problems of overheating,high pressure and small load.The sufficient condensed water stored in the water storage chamber can ensure the sealing during the whole period of discharging .The small cup play adjustable role in water storage chamber.
Structure：1.Boasting excellent abilities to resist abrasiveness，corruption and water
2.Unique lever structure will fully magnify the power provided by bucket.The valve will be opened under system pressure ;
3.Discharging pore which is sealed can protect the fresh steam from leakge.The pore on the bucket can provide automatic gas discharging.
4.The inverted bucket trap does not need special adjustment and the condensed water will not be stored to cause water beating.
Suggestions：on installation ：Under the overheated pressure,there’s little condensed water produced in the catchment pipelines and trap.Therefore,to choose appropriate pipelines and size of catchment pipelines is the key to correctly use the overheated trap.

維護(hù)與檢修
疏水閥運(yùn)行期一般為12個(gè)月，到期打開(kāi)出口體清除臟物，清洗濾網(wǎng)，如介質(zhì)雜質(zhì)較多，可以酌情提前清洗。疏水閥由于使用過(guò)久可能有封閉不嚴(yán)現(xiàn)象，這時(shí)，要及時(shí)更換或維修（如維修：打開(kāi)出口體，把閥蓋卸下打開(kāi)，檢查閥片，閥座密封是否磨損。可以用600目金鋼砂混機(jī)油在平臺(tái)上研磨，達(dá)到電二件互為密封為止。）

	2 ．密封面上存有污垢或水銹	打開(kāi)閥蓋清除污垢或水銹
	3 ．閥前無(wú)凝結(jié)水、蒸汽過(guò)熱	關(guān)閉疏水閥前截止閥
連續(xù)排水	閥蓋沒(méi)有擰緊或者閥蓋有泄漏蒸汽直接進(jìn)入控制，使閥片打不開(kāi)。	旋緊閥蓋或排除泄漏處，可用耐高溫密封膠修補(bǔ)泄漏處
