固定球閥是直角回轉的開關閥，主要用于介質的切斷控制。該系列球閥適合于嚴

密切斷，快速切斷，介質雙向切斷控制。與氣動執行器，電動執行器，電動執行

器配套，廣泛適用于造紙、化工、食品加工、石化工業等自控化程度要求較高的

過程自控系統中

1.流體阻力小，壓降小，全開的球閥就是一段直通管道，因此流體阻力很小，通

過閥體的介質幾乎沒有壓力損失。
 

2.上下軸承設計：閥體內裝有上下軸承，與閥桿接觸面積大，承載能力高，摩擦

系數小，使閥門的扭矩減少。
 

3.閥座可根據介質和工況的需要，選金屬硬密封或PTFE軟密封：金屬硬密封閥

座密封表面堆焊硬質合金，球表面鍍硬鉻或噴焊、離子氮化等硬化處理，使密封

面使用壽命增強，耐溫提高；軟密封PTFE閥座或增強PTFE閥座密封性好，耐腐

蝕，適應范圍廣。
 

4.自控程度高：閥體直接與氣動執行器或電動執行器裝配在一起，適合于自控程

度高的自動化控制系統。
 

5.介質適應范圍廣：硬密封閥座與球在開關過程中具有檫拭作用，它除適合液體

介質外，更適合于帶纖維及固體顆粒介質的系統控
